Last March, Amie showed up to Valdez talking about a “solo project” she was working on… we did not know any other details. A team of Alaska Backcountry Guides’ finest took Amie out in the Chugach, and showed her the goods. They nailed the weather window after a classic Valdez storm cycle, and scored the steep and deep powder that makes Alaska heliskiing famous.
